Property Search Service

If you are looking for a property  to buy, but need help in researching published and unpublished sources of the available options, Cluttons Italy offer an ad hoc search facility to provide a shortlist of candidates matching your requirements.

If we are able to offer suitable properties from our own catalogue (i.e. properties that we have already inspected personally and for which we have a mandate for sale) this service is free of charge.

If the search involves making investigations through other sources (including, for example, published listings by other agents and personal networking), we will screen each property by viewing it personally and ensuring that it satisfies your requirements and certain essential requisites in terms of title and land registry formalities. This service is carried out for a fee agreed in advance, but this is then deducted from our regular agency commission in the event of completion through us of any sale agreement for the relevant properties.

The advantage of this service to clients is that it reduces the time and expense of seeking out and visiting a large number of properties that, although of potential interest from descriptions and photos, need to be validated in-person before qualifying for serious consideration.
